Accessibility statement

We want everyone in the Cessnock community to be able to use our website and services. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible.

What we do

• Use clear text and colour contrast.
• Make the site keyboard navigable.
• Provide descriptive labels for buttons and form fields.
• Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret the page.

Our pharmacy is wheelchair accessible via the Cessnock Plaza entrance. If you need help with anything — reading a label, filling out a form, organising a Webster-pak or arranging delivery — please ask a team member or call us in advance.
